About the Department

BACKGROUND

Microbiology department was established in 1430/2009 in the Faculty of Medicine of King Abdulaziz University - Rabigh Campus. The department is responsible for the basic course on Microbiology during the early scientific year of medical education. Due to the integrated nature of curriculum delivery, the Microbiology department is involved in almost all the system modules.

MISSION
